Strategic Planning
Effective strategy is critical for any health initiative. Special Surveys, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)

Public Health Education (Training)

Public Health Surveillance
EvalPointe provides expert support to strengthen public health surveillance and epidemic response systems. We offer technical advice and capacity building for Integrated Disease Surveillance and Response (IDSR), helping health authorities improve their ability to detect, report, and respond to disease outbreaks. Our team also guides organizations in complying with International Health Regulations (IHR 2005) and advancing their Global Health Security goals. In addition, we assist countries with Joint External Evaluations (JEE) of national health security—assessing preparedness and identifying gaps in areas such as laboratory systems, emergency response, and workforce development. Through these services, EvalPointe helps clients enhance early warning systems and overall health security at local and national levels.
Supply Chain Management Systems
Efficient supply chain management is vital for ensuring that health services have the supplies they need, when they need them. We have helped health facilities and supply units implement better inventory tracking, logistics planning, and distribution strategies.
